Job summary

Carstar2 is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Washington state to oversee daily ordering and processing of vehicle repair parts, ensuring the right parts are available for technicians to meet repair timelines. You will participate in RO processing and work closely with estimators to ensure accurate orders and timely invoicing.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong emphasis on 5S organization in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Collision University Training is preferred to be completed within the first 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Check-in all received parts as they arrive and match to the Repair Order and vehicle.
• Process returns promptly and document credits for damaged parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery area with current CCC parts list.
• Post invoices/credits the same day and ensure materials are billed.
• Monitor the Parts Owed list and align with the daily production schedule.
• Assist estimators with ordering parts and ensure accuracy of orders.
