Job summary

Caliber Collision in Cypress, TX is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service center, drive production, quality and profitability while ensuring adherence to SOPs and insurer guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years in collision management, strong leadership, and a proven track record of staff development. You will recruit, retain and mentor teammates, monitor financial metrics, and help shape a high-performing center.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably per SOPs and industry guidelines.
