Caliber Collision Charlotte Ballantyne is seeking a Collision General Manager to lead the center’s operations, oversee risk management, and drive teammate development and client metrics. You will monitor financial performance, recruit and retain staff, and ensure repairs meet Caliber SOPs while maintaining safety and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in collision management, CCC1 experience, and strong people skills to manage a fast-paced shop and deliver consistent customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
