Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the store's daily operations, uphold policies, and drive exceptional customer experience while meeting KPIs and insurance metrics.

You will coach and empower team members, manage budgets and staff, monitor safety, and ensure a clean, efficient repair facility. The role requires proven leadership in collision repair and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent is required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
