Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our collision center, delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting KPI and insurance metrics.

You will coach and empower team members, manage budgets, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service. This role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment and a commitment to operating with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide staff training as necessary.
• Ensure safety gear and dress code compliance.
• Open and close the facility daily.
• Lead daily production meetings and coordinate throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage estimates to maintain labor mix within standards.
