Job summary

Boyd Group in Savannah, GA is seeking a General Manager for the collision center. You will lead day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer experience, and ensure compliance with policies while driving KPI and insurance metrics.

Responsibilities include budget planning, forecasting sales and expenses, coaching staff, maintaining shop safety and equipment, and leading monthly reviews. Compensation ranges from $68,000 to $97,000 per year with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
• Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
