Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager in the Alexandria area to lead the center’s operations, risk management, and teammate development. You will drive client metrics, production, and administration while recruiting and retaining staff and reviewing financial performance to spot trends.

The role emphasizes safe, thorough, and profitable vehicle repairs in line with SOPs, industry guidelines, and insurer requirements as part of Caliber’s ongoing standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development and client metrics.
• Recruit, recognize and retain top teammates while monitoring financial performance.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines.
