Job summary

Caliber Collision in Salisbury, MD seeks a Collision General Manager to run the center’s day-to-day operations, including production, risk management, and administration. The GM will recruit and develop talent, monitor financial performance, and drive safe, high-quality repairs in line with SOPs and insurer standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations for a Caliber Collision center.
• Monitor and improve financial performance metrics and monthly trends.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talented teammates to meet center goals.
• Ensure repairs are performed safely, thoroughly, and profitably per SOP and industry guidelines.
