• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan and manage daily operations of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel and deliver customer experience.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure safety and quality standards.
