Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center’s day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and drive KPIs and insurance metrics while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and manage A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend training and staff meetings with Senior Leadership.
