Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations of the Collision Center, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving KPIs and insurance metrics. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across the team.

Responsibilities include planning with WOW operating model, monitoring labor, schedule adherence, and driving profitable growth while maintaining rigorous service levels and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
