Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center’s operation, including risk management, production, and administration.
• Recruit, develop, recognize, and retain teammates while monitoring financial performance metrics.
• Ensure center staff repair vehicles safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.
