Classic Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager in Cumming, GA to lead day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and coach a team of technicians and support staff. You will oversee safety, customer service, and quality control while upholding our mission to deliver integrity and heart in every repair.

This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on collision repair experience, with the ability to collaborate with insurance partners and referral networks across

Qualifications

• Five+ years in collision repair and auto body management is required.
• Ability to read and interpret repair procedures and safety manuals.
• Proven track record in leading teams and developing staff.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to read P&L statements.
• Proficient in CCC One estimating platform and related tools.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and financial performance.
• Mentor staff and drive performance through metrics and culture.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff as needed.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and process improvements.
