Gerber Collision & Glass – Sherwood Forest, Houston TX, seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and drive day-to-day operations in line with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to forecast and manage budgets and expenses.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly collision center budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel and safety meetings.
• Conduct performance reviews and coordinate staff development.
