Job summary

Caliber Collision Bardstown is seeking a Collision General Manager to lead the center operations, drive safety, quality and profitability, and develop the team. The role focuses on risk management, client metrics, and administration to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes recruiting strong teammates, monitoring financial performance, and aligning with SOPs and industry guidelines to deliver top results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends and drive profitability.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles safely, thoroughly and profitably per SOP and industry standards.
