Gerber Collision & Glass in Detroit, MI is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the collision center while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach and empower staff, manage budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and ensure safety, quality, and timely deliveries across all touchpoints.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Ability to coach and empower team.
• Strong attention to detail and client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily collision center operations and customer experience.
• Develop the annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Monitor payables and receivables related to the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead staff training and ensure safety compliance.
• Open/close facility per procedures and coordinate daily meetings.
