Formación

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and client service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily collision center operations to meet KPIs.
• Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly budgets for the center.
• Forecast and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and safety meetings.
