Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensure top-tier customer experience, and drive operational performance. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and safety compliance while steering teams to meet KPI and insurance metrics.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in collision repair or similar settings, with a focus on mentoring staff and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to motivate others with coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel and ensure safety standards.
• Monitor CSI performance and customer experience; conduct reviews.
• Open and close the facility daily and coordinate daily production meetings.
