The role demands proven leadership in a collision environment, post-secondary education, and strong communication. Expect ongoing training, safety focus, and a pivotal role in operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the collision center to meet KPI and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain high industry standards of professionalism in customer service.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and staffing plans.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance across the shop.
