Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager in Columbia, SC to oversee the daily operations of the collision center, ensuring superior customer experiences while meeting KPI targets and insurance metrics. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and maintain safety and quality standards across the facility.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, clear communication, and ongoing development of team members to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities for staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed and operational targets are met.
• Forecast, manage and report annual and monthly budgets for the collision center.
• Lead staff, coordinate daily production and optimize labor utilization.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and maintain shop safety standards.
• Open/close the facility, conduct production walks and review throughput.
• Deliver performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
• Represent the center in monthly leadership meetings and CSI reviews.
