Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to run all aspects of the Hagerstown service center, including risk management, production, client metrics, and administration.

You will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates while ensuring repairs are conducted safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with Caliber’s SOPs and industry standards. The role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow SOPs and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, and administrative duties.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates while promoting safety and quality.
