Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operation, risk management, and teammate development.
• Monitor client metrics, production, and administrative activities.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates and review monthly financials.
