Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center’s daily operations, drive exceptional customer experiences, and achieve KPI and insurance metrics. You will coach staff, ensure safety and quality, and model professional service across the team.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent is required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) execution across the center.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit, and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable relations for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide staff training as necessary.
• Ensure staff wear safety gear and adhere to dress code.
• Open/close the facility daily and coordinate daily production meetings.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel and health & safety meetings.
