As a hands-on leader, you will manage daily operations, coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance partners, and build a high-performing team committed to safe, high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision repair management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Understanding of collision repair operations and workflow management.
• Experience with insurance companies and DRP relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily collision center operations.
