Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the collision center, includingproduction, financial performance, employee development, customer satisfaction, quality control, and operational efficiency.

This role requires a hands‑on leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and performance while maintaining Kaizen's commitment to safe, high-quality repairs.

The General Manager works closely with estimators, technicians, customer service representatives, parts personnel, insurance partners, vendors, and regional leadership to ensure the shop operates at a high level every day.
