Job summary

Group 1 Honda Greenbelt, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a professional, organized Receptionist for our Collision Center to join the team! The Receptionist serves as the first contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while handling daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Prior experience in a dealership is preferred, bilingual abilities are a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership or collision center preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors professionally.
• Answer and direct calls; relay messages.
• Provide updates and route questions to collision center staff.
• Maintain accurate customer records in dealership systems.
• Support administrative tasks: data entry, filing, scanning.
• Keep reception area clean and welcoming.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
