Group 1 Honda Greenbelt is seeking a Receptionist for our Collision Center to provide first-class customer service and handle daily administrative tasks. The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact and supports operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and customer-focused, with experience in a dealership setting and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within Group

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dealership or collision center is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages.
• Provide customers with updates and direct questions to the appropriate collision center personnel.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in dealership systems.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
