Wilkinson Chevrolet Cadillac GMC is seeking a Collision Center Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and provide courteous assistance throughout their dealership experience.

You will also perform cashier duties during peak times, handling payments accurately and efficiently with cash, checks, cards, and electronic transactions. This role includes one Saturday per month and opportunities to support multiple departments as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree or relevant certification preferred
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions, with basic math skills
• A professional appearance and manner
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and dealership operations is a plus
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required based on dealership hours and business needs
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Greeting Customers: Welcome customers to the Collision Center in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and confirming of appointments.
• Customer Assistance: Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout their dealership experience.
• Address concerns, resolve issues, and elevate inquiries to management when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other dealership departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments for vehicle purchases, service invoices, and other transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card payments, and electronic transactions following dealership procedures.
• This will be a rotated position working one Saturday per month.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
