Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in collision repair or claims handling.
• Experience with auto estimating software such as CCC Pathways, Audatex, Mitchell.

Responsibilities

• Complete or review auto repair estimates and appraisals.
• Write or review damage appraisals with current repair practices.
• Provide quality service to customers and aid in retention of business.
• Maintain knowledge of contracts, endorsements, exclusions and claim practices.
