EY is seeking an Associate Director, Collibra Solution Architect & Platform Lead, to serve as CBS Data Office architecture and platform lead for Collibra. You will define platform strategy, architecture, standards, roadmap, and delivery approach; lead Collibra initiatives across CBS; and translate governance needs into scalable solutions with business, data, risk, security, and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Current Collibra certification.
• 8+ years of experience in data management, data governance, information architecture, or related discipline.
• 5+ years designing/leading enterprise Collibra solutions.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technology or data initiatives.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or Agile methods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define platform strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap for Collibra within the CBS Data Office.
• Lead enterprise Collibra initiatives from concept to implementation with focus on governance and data quality.
• Provide architecture direction to stakeholders and communicate decisions, risks, and value to leadership.
• Develop target architecture, platform roadmap, and integration patterns for Collibra deployments.
• Coordinate with platform engineering, security, risk, procurement, partners, and domain teams to enable compliant solutions.
