Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Collibra Solution Architect & Platform Lead to direct Collibra strategy, architecture, and governance for the CBS Data Office. This role partners with business, data, risk, security, and technology stakeholders to translate governance needs into scalable, value-driven solutions.

You will drive platform standards, enable data lineage, glossary, stewardship, and reference data initiatives while leading cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in data management, data governance, information architecture, solution architecture, or a related discipline.
• Current Collibra certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Define the Collibra target architecture, platform roadmap, design principles, configuration standards, integration patterns, and release approach.
• Lead enterprise Collibra initiatives from concept through implementation, aligning business outcomes with governance requirements and technical design.
• Provide architecture oversight for Collibra integrations with enterprise data platforms and downstream applications.
