EY is seeking an Associate Director, Collibra Solution Architect & Platform Lead, to define platform strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for the CBS Data Office. You will drive Collibra initiatives, translate governance needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate with business, data, risk, security, and technology stakeholders to raise metadata management, data lineage, and data quality capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Current Collibra certification.
• 8+ years of experience in data management or governance.
• 5+ years designing/leading enterprise Collibra solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define Collibra target architecture and platform roadmap.
• Lead enterprise Collibra initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Provide architecture direction and governance to CBS stakeholders.
• Translate governance and security requirements into solution designs.
• Coordinate with platform engineering, security, risk, and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Collibra capabilities.
