Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director to lead Collibra solution architecture for the CBS Data Office. This role will define platform strategy, architecture standards, and a scalable roadmap while guiding governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives across CBS.

You will partner with business, data, risk, security, and technology teams to translate governance needs into scalable solutions and oversee delivery and adoption across a global matrix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or business discipline.
• Current Collibra certification is required.
• Strong experience in data governance, metadata management, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define the Collibra target architecture, platform roadmap, design principles, and release approach.
• Lead enterprise Collibra initiatives from concept through implementation with business and technical teams.
• Provide architecture direction and communicate decisions, risks, and value to leadership.
