Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Collibra Solution Architect & Platform Lead to define the platform strategy, architecture, and delivery for the CBS Data Office. You will drive Collibra capabilities across governance, metadata, lineage, data quality, and compliance, partnering with business, risk, security, and technology stakeholders.

You will lead a global team, setting design principles, governance standards, and implementation roadmaps while translating business needs into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data management, governance, or information architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing/leading Collibra solutions.
• Current Collibra certification required.
• Ability to lead across a global matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the Collibra target architecture, platform roadmap, and integration standards.
• Lead enterprise Collibra initiatives from concept to implementation, aligning with business outcomes.
• Provide architecture direction and communicate decisions, risks, and value to leadership.
• Coordinate with platform engineering, security, risk, privacy, procurement, vendors and domain teams to enable compliant solutions.
