Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Collibra Solution Architect & Platform Lead, to define the platform strategy and lead Collibra initiatives for the CBS Data Office. You will translate governance needs into scalable designs, collaborating with business, data, risk, security, and technology stakeholders.

You will guide architecture decisions, drive onboarding of domains, and ensure repeatable patterns and governance standards across the Collibra footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Current Collibra certification required.
• 8+ years in data governance/ information architecture/ solution architecture.
• 5+ years designing or leading Collibra solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional tech initiatives in a global enterprise.
• Experience with metadata ingestion, lineage, workflows, integrations, APIs, access controls, testing, release management, and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define Collibra platform strategy and architecture.
• Lead enterprise Collibra initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Serve as senior Collibra advisor to CBS stakeholders.
• Coordinate with platform engineering, security, risk, procurement, vendors, and domain teams.
• Provide architecture oversight for Collibra integrations across enterprise data platforms.
