EY is seeking an Associate Director, Collibra Solution Architect & Platform Lead to serve as the CBS Data Office architecture and platform lead for Collibra. You will define platform strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap while guiding Collibra initiatives across CBS and translating governance needs into scalable solutions.

You will partner with business, data, risk, security, and technology stakeholders to advance metadata management, data lineage, quality, stewardship, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Current Collibra certification.
• 8+ years in data management, governance, or architecture.
• 5+ years designing or leading Collibra solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global enterprise.
• Experience with platform roadmaps, architecture standards, and governance.
• Experience with metadata ingestion, lineage, workflows, APIs, and access controls.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
