Job summary

EY seeks an Associate Director, Collibra Solution Architect & Platform Lead to define the Collibra platform strategy, architecture, and delivery for the CBS Data Office. You will lead Collibra initiatives across CBS and translate governance needs into scalable solutions, partnering with business, data, risk, security, and technology stakeholders.

You will guide metadata management, data lineage, data quality, stewardship, and reference data initiatives, establish guardrails, and drive adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Management/Engineering/Business, or equivalent experience.
Current Collibra certification.
8+ years in data governance, information architecture, solution architecture, or related field; 5+ years leading Collibra solutions.

Responsibilities

Define the Collibra target architecture, platform roadmap, design principles, integration patterns, and release approach.
Lead enterprise Collibra initiatives from concept through implementation, connecting business outcomes and governance requirements.
Serve as the senior Collibra advisor to CBS stakeholders, providing architecture direction and communicating decisions, risks, and value to leadership.
Coordinate with platform engineering, security, risk, privacy, procurement, vendors, and domain teams to enable compliant solutions.
