Job summary

Playfly Sports is hiring an Account Executive for ticket sales and service in Fairfield, CT. The role focuses on renewing and growing season ticket accounts, upselling, and generating new business through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

You will handle inquiries, perform arena tours, and participate in season ticket events. The position emphasizes outbound sales activity, exceptional customer service, and teamwork with Playfly Aspire Leadership to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with ticketing software and CRM programs preferred.
• Experience with Paciolan software is a plus but not required.
• Experience in ticket sales is preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; desire to help people.
• Computer proficient (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.
• Ability to work well with others and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Sell ticketed sports including Men and Women’s Basketball, Lacrosse, and related products.
• Perform stadium tours, on-site presentations, outbound calls, and service inbound calls for the Athletic Department.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while providing superior customer service.
• Grow sales portfolio by attracting additional business leads.
• Manage and retain a large base of season ticket members and group sales clients.
• Service all existing season ticket members and process upgrades and seat requests.
• Make a minimum of 30 fan connections daily and contact local businesses for sales.
