Job summary

Playfly Sports is seeking an Account Executive, Sponsorship Sales to join our Villanova team. The role supports the General Manager in pitching enterprise partnerships between the university and Playfly, generating incremental sponsorship revenue, and servicing current sponsors at events.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, outreach to potential sponsors, closing sponsorships, and delivering compelling proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1–2 years of sales experience; integrated/conceptual sales preferred.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Passionate about college sports and athletics industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing a sponsorship sales plan to meet revenue targets.
Identify and outreach to potential sponsors through university stakeholders and partners.
Prospect, meet, and close new and renewal corporate sponsorships.
Develop compelling sales decks and presentations for partners.
Create contracts and draft proposals; manage sponsor relations during events.
Represent the university property and Playfly Sports professionally.
Research sponsorship trends and craft integrated packages with digital focus.
Support team with contract deliverables to ensure a best-in-class experience.
