Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise high school students about pathways to academic degrees and transfer opportunities with Ivy Tech by creating individual academic plans/degree trackers.
• Coordinate ASAP program—Provide student communication, calendar planning, event coordination, data tracking and technical support to assist in the maintenance of the ASAP.
• Manage assigned schools’ dual credit and dual enrollment courses from application through registration.
• Maintain ongoing communication with high school students, parents, and school personnel by coordinating visits and recruitment activities.
• Record and maintain student records through multiple student management tools.
• Promote dual credit and dual enrollment opportunities to high school staff, students, and parents.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to student development and success.
