Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Experience in higher education advising preferred.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmental academic advising using a caseload approach.
• Interpret placement scores, program curricula, and prerequisites for students.
• Help students develop skills to register for courses.
• Refer students to internal and external resources to promote success.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
• Communicate with students via text, email, and phone.
• Support new student advising and orientation events as well as continuing student events.
