This position manages relationships with administrators, counselors, instructors, students and families to expand certificates and degrees before high school graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Experience in education or administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage dual credit agreements in Boone and Hendricks counties.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with school partners and stakeholders.
• Provide training and communications to dual credit teachers and champions.
• Monitor onboarding, syllabus reviews, and site visits in DualEnroll.com.
• Track final grades and rosters; prepare annual reports for schools.
• Support planning for Next Level Programs of Study and K-14 initiatives.
• Assist with admission events and serve as liaison to Ivy Tech school units.
• Participate in conferences and interview teams as needed.
