Qualifications

• FERPA compliance and regulatory standards apply to all responsibilities.
• Proficiency with student tracking software (Banner, Dual Enroll, Google Suite, MS Office, Canvas, Salesforce).
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into actionable insights for high school partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise high school students on pathways to degrees and transfer opportunities with Ivy Tech.
• Coordinate ASAP program: communication, calendar planning, events, data tracking, and tech support.
• Manage dual credit and dual enrollment courses from application to registration.
• Maintain proactive communication with students, parents, and school personnel.
• Distribute and update dual credit resources to college and high school staff.
• Monitor academic progress and execute interventions to promote retention and success.
• Promote dual enrollment opportunities to students, parents, and staff.
