Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a program coordinator to support K-14 dual credit initiatives and career technical education across high schools in North Central Indiana. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public affairs, social services, or related field; demonstrated ability to coordinate, implement, and evaluate programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Good public relations skills and self-motivation required.
• Must be able to travel throughout North Central Indiana; mobile office environment.

Responsibilities

• Track class schedules to ensure students complete credentials.
• Track student enrollment and communicate with high school faculty/staff.
• Meet with students not persisting and provide remediation strategies.
• Deliver on-site services promoting Dual Credit programs at high schools.
