Durham Technical Community College is hiring a College Liaison located in high schools in Orange or Durham County. You will promote and deliver an education transition process, coordinating student recruitment, enrollment plans, and strategies to increase high school graduate enrollment and student success at Durham Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, student services, counseling or advising.
• Minimum of two years’ direct experience as a College Liaison in a community college.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student recruitment, enrollment plans and strategies.
• Promote and deliver a seamless educational transition for high school students.
• Engage with students, counselors, faculty, parents and other stakeholders.
• Advise prospective students through the enrollment process and visits to CCP options.
• Maintain records for enrollment, tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with high school counselors and Career Development staff to identify opportunities.
• Represent Durham Tech at information and orientation meetings and events.
