The role oversees Wolfpack Connect and travels across North Carolina to engage with colleges, counselors and prospective students. It provides strategic leadership for transfer recruitment across on-campus and outreach activities, with a focus on enrollment growth and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 1–3+ years in university admissions or related area.
• Ability to build strong relationships with campus partners and stakeholders.
• Leadership in recruitment and admissions with data-informed strategies.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead NC State's efforts to recruit, admit and enroll transfer students and develop strategies and partnerships.
• Provide strategic leadership for Wolfpack Connect transfer program and manage partnerships.
• Review transfer applicant credentials and make admissions decisions with operations team.
• Represent NC State to prospective students, families and stakeholders through events and presentations.
• Travel in-state and out-of-state to support recruitment and enrollment goals.
• Build and strengthen transfer student pipelines through targeted recruitment and engagement with colleges and departments.
• Develop, implement and refine transfer recruitment strategies aligned with University goals and use data to inform decisions.
• Create and share recruitment and enrollment reports and insights for future planning.
• Collaborate with admissions staff and campus partners to share best practices and provide training on transfer application review.
• Supervise one to two direct reports and contribute to staff development and leadership initiatives.
• Position is campus-based with regular travel throughout North Carolina; some remote work may be available.
