Responsibilities

Learn prospecting and networking to build a client base.
Develop and execute a personal business strategy.
Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand financial goals.
Prepare plans and offer useful recommendations.
Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms.
Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.
Earn licensing such as Life, Accident, and Health.
