Role Overview

Position: PSA Hobby Concierge Representative

Location: MojoBreaks hobby shop in Santa Clara, CA, with travel to events and other shops across the United States.

Reports to: Customer Experience Supervisor

Hours: 3-5 days a week with heavy overtime and weekend work; light travel up to 10%.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, ingest, and process customer submissions at the shop.
• Securely package and ship items to headquarters.
• Prioritize and expedite orders during submission center hours.
• Support PSA/DNA team and coordinate with shop management for events.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints via in-person, phone, or email.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license required; valid passport preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
