• Answer questions about account problems and repayment options.
• Arrange debt repayment or establish repayment schedules.
• Perform skip tracing to locate assets and consumers.
• Negotiate repayment with consumers and offer solutions.
• Transfer requests to appropriate party and suggest improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
