Job summary

SERVPRO of Augusta is seeking a Collections Associate to monitor customer accounts and financial statements, develop strategies to mitigate past-due risk, and negotiate payment plans. The role requires top-notch communication and negotiation skills and collaboration with other departments to ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include leading collection efforts, analyzing data, and driving results while maintaining strong customer relations and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of high-volume collections experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
